We’re Hiring for an AWESOME NEW PROVIDER
Position Overview
We’re hiring a healthcare provider who can help us more effectively accomplish our mission as a company. That mission is to promote wellness by considering and caring for the whole person, improving access to healthcare and resources that influence health, educating patient / providers / community, optimizing health rather than focusing on absence of disease, and using strategic collaborations to advance healthy living. We provide products and services far beyond that of traditional family medicine offices. To accomplish our goals, we understand that our process will be different than others. We will know we are successful when:
- Our patients’ health outcomes outperform that of the general population.
- Our methodology becomes the standard for healthcare delivery.
We believe wellness extends beyond the medical definition and infiltrates all areas of life, and we’ve got exciting new projects in the works… so we need help to get them all done.
And that is where you come in!
We need you to bring your expertise, authentic care for patients and an open mind (remember, we do things differently). Our ideal candidate is personable, skilled, efficient, creative and detail oriented.

This is a part-time, mostly remote role (initially, anyway) that reports directly to our Medical Director. You’ll work closely with the medical concierge who triages issues for both our patients and vendors currently. We are looking for someone who can kindly respond to patient questions, use evidence-based medicine to provide proven care and assist the physician with provider tasks all while establishing rapport with the patient. Initially, this will be a remote, work-from-home position with infrequent but regular travel to the clinic space in Humble, TX. As we grow, there may be more opportunity for direct in-person patient care.
Who We Are
Our mission is to promote wellness, improve access to healthcare, educate patients providers and community as well as optimize health. We’ve taken a different approach to connecting with our patients by providing an intimate setting that is completely focused on the provider – patient interaction. The provider waits in the exam area for the patient and spends the entirety of the visit with the patient. We do not overbook and are able to accomplish this by keeping our overhead low and running lean with staff. A hybrid model of insurance and subscription-based care is offered which emphasis shifting to subscription-based care. As the company grows, new services are offered to meet the shifting needs of our client base. The individuals that work for and with this company will need to be comfortable with the adaptation required to keep up with the changing needs of our client base. An open mind is required to be successful in this setting.
Role
The Primary Care Provider Support role was created to provide care for patients beyond the visit. This provider will need to be able to locate post-visit resources, review labs and provide updates to the patient, generate orders as needed in response to study results and/or consultant reports, or do any other task that assists the patient beyond the visit in accordance with evidence-based practice and the established treatment plan. The person that takes on this role must ensure we are always utilizing the most effective efforts to educate patients on health issues, and as we are able, provide resources to optimize health.
